We STRENGTHEN our members by fostering innovation, partnerships, and connectivity while growing the industry through workforce development, economic development, and business tools.

Workforce Partnership
The DRMA leads the Dayton Region Workforce Manufacturing Partnership (DRMWP), an OMA-endorsed sector partnership, along with partners FASTLANE and the Dayton Development Coalition. The purpose of DRMWP is to develop and execute new and enhanced initiatives that strategically align workforce efforts to ensure manufacturing competence and growth in the Dayton Region. Health Care Plan
Save up to 30% off what you’re currently paying for health insurance with NAM Health Care Plans!*
Because the Dayton Region Manufacturers Association is an affiliate member of the National Association of Manufacturers, DRMA manufacturer members with 2- 99 employees now have access to NAM Health Care: a new Association Health Plan that offers you quality health insurance -- at a value previously available only to larger companies! By collaborating with Mercer, we can now offer a fully ACA-compliant plan that leverages the size of the NAM and DRMA, offering your employees health care plans at what may be a more cost-effective price.
Wage & Benefit Survey
Use the survey report to compare your wages and benefits with other regional industry companies.

Techmetals has depended on the survey for years to help keep our competitive edge and retain the
best employees.
