Employee Terminations and Reductions in Force
Over the past several years, the focus has been on recruiting talent and retaining it. With growing concerns about the 2023 economy, many are wondering if they will need to reverse course. In this section, we will discuss effective employee terminations, whether motivated by underperformance or economics.
Speaker: Jennifer Harrison

Addressing the Opportunities and Challenges of Your Aging Workforce
The average age of the workforce is rising. An aging workforce presents both challenges and opportunities for employers. This segment will highlight the most common problems that can arise in this situation and the steps employers can take to control risk and better manage older workers including documenting performance issues, fitness for duty exams, wellness programs, health insurance concerns and the use of "early out" programs.
