Understand the role and the importance of human relations and employee involvement in improving processes and products using Lean methodologies. Targeted for owners, senior leaders and managers, participants will learn:
The leader’s role in implementing and maintaining Lean in the organization
The value of a rational approach to managing people and operations
How to develop a workforce actively engaged in solving problems and improving productivity
How to promote and foster an environment focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale
The cost of the session is $150 per person. The cost includes parking, breakfast, and a free, on-site lean assessment provided by FASTLANE (for Manufacturer members). Notice of cancellation must be received by end of day on the Thursday prior to the class in order to receive a refund.
