Dayton Region Manufacturing Workforce Partnership

DRMA is leading the Dayton Region's workforce sector partnership in conjunction with the Ohio Manufacturers Association (OMA). The purpose of the sector partnership is to help manufacturers across the region share best practices and align resources to address the critical workforce shortage facing our industry. 

DRMA drives and supports numerous initiatives to increase the awareness of careers in manufacturing in order to attract more workers to the pipeline, so that members have less difficulty in finding enough qualified candidates.
