Benefits of Joining DRMA

The Benefits of

Joining the DRMA

Companies join DRMA because they are concerned about achieving and retaining their competitive edge by keeping up to date on the latest industry trends, developing new skills, tapping into the wealth of knowledge of the area's business leaders, and developing new business opportunities.

DRMA is the advocate of the region's manufacturing industry, doing whatever we can do to work collectively to strengthen the industry. Everything we do is industry and volunteer led; therefore, in order to be more effective, we need you as a member. Yes, we need your financial support, but we really need your involvement. Join us in being part of the solution.

Membership in the DRMA is company-wide, providing an opportunity for everyone on your staff to participate in ways that best meet individual needs, from networking to participating in committee work.

The major benefit of belonging to DRMA is the absence of isolation . . . isolation makes you feel that experiences and problems are unique to you, and the only solutions available are those that are dreamed up by you. Conversely, membership in the association provides the power of collaboration . . . sharing, networking, and learning from others' successes and failures. Serving on committees allows you to interact with and learn from other professionals, which propels you forward in your own professional development. – Dave Dysinger, Dysinger Inc.
