Join us for a conversation with State Representative Phil Plummer, who is currently serving his fourth term as state representative. He represents the 39th House District, which includes portions of Montgomery County. In addition to serving as Assistant Speaker Pro Tempore for the 136th General Assembly, Plummer serves on the General Government, Finance, Judiciary and Public Safety committees.
