Member-Get-A-Member Program

As a member of DRMA, you are familiar with the storied history and growth trajectory of our organization. Members are the driving force behind our success.

 

Adding members increases our voice, deepens connections, and enables DRMA to drive workforce initiatives that strengthen our membership and the regional economy. You can help increase our collective impact by simply “talking up” the value you find in being a member when you are interacting with your manufacturing clients and prospects.

 

You don’t need to know the details about our various programs and services; all you need to do is express your enthusiasm for DRMA and talk about the value you and your company receive from being a member.

Things like:

·       Connecting members-to-members

·       Sharing your knowledge base and learning from others

·       Workforce initiatives that deliver trained and qualified employees

·       Advocacy with public officials on our behalf

·       Tools like the Wage & Benefit Survey, the Top Issues list, and others

·       Cost savings on Workers’ Comp, access to legal services, and others
