This program is designed to help current and aspiring supervisors unlock their leadership potential and set them on a transformative journey.  This six-part series, presented by DRMA member Brixey & Meyer, is for supervisors who want to enhance their leadership skills and empower their teams like never before!  The program will equip participants with practical insights and delve into crucial topics that are vital for excelling in a supervisory role.

  • Cost: $1,500 per person

  • Duration: 6 workshop sessions and one talent summit

  • Time: 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

 

Program Goals:

  1. Develop Visionary Leaders: Equip emerging leaders with the skills and mindset needed to shape the future of their organization.

  2. Enhance Leadership Skills: Provide a comprehensive learning experience through 10 targeted workshop sessions.

  3. Foster a Growth Mindset: Encourage continuous improvement and innovation among participants.

  4. Build Strong Teams: Cultivate a culture of trust, clarity, alignment, and accountability within teams.

  5. Promote Resilience: Teach strategies for managing stress and building resilience to minimize burnout and turnover.

  6. Encourage Purpose-Driven Leadership: Help leaders develop a leadership style that is driven by purpose and aligned with organizational goals.

  7. Facilitate Effective Communication: Improve participants’ ability to handle challenging conversations and communicate for success.

  8. Support Networking and Learning: Provide opportunities for participants to network and learn from thought leaders and growth-minded individuals at the Talent Summit.

  9. Create a Coaching Culture: Foster a coaching culture that supports growth and development for both leaders and their teams.

  5. Workshop #5: Leading Teams: Creating an Ownership Culture (Part 1) - Thursday, September 11

  6. Workshop #6: Leading Teams: Creating an Ownership Culture (Part 2) - Thursday, October 23

 

Talent Summit:

Besides the workshops, participants will be invited to a Talent Summit hosted by Brixey & Meyer. This summit brings together thought leaders and growth-minded individuals from the area, providing a platform for networking and learning.​

Steve Black, a certified human resource professional and accomplished leadership coach. With over 15 years of experience in human capital management, Steve leads Brixey & Meyer’s HR Practice Line. He partners with clients to cultivate compelling cultures, build strong teams, and unleash the true potential of people. His work equips leaders with the tools and mindsets to guide teams toward achieving real results.
