Join us for another fantastic bourbon themed event supporting the DRMA Foundation and DRMA’s workforce initiatives. Heather Wibbels, author and award-winning mixologist, will deliver cocktail education for the home mixologist and cocktail enthusiast.

Bourbon and Bitters Make it Better (VIP event)
This experience is an exploration of the flavors that spirits, bitters and sugars add to the making of a classic cocktail. Each attendee will learn the history of the old fashioned, have a sensory exploration of the elements that go into it, and get to make two different versions of this classic cocktail according to their preferences!
Bourbon and Bites (Main tasting)
Discover how snacks and food change the flavor and experience of whiskey. Take your tasting experience to the next level with small bites to change the flavor, textures and finish of your favorite bourbons and whiskies. This tasting is more than just a flight of bourbon and whiskeys, it’s an exercise in the fun of pairing snacks and bites with your favorite spirits!
Sips and Cigars (After-party for all!)
If you’re having so much fun that you don’t want to leave, join us on Moraine Country Club’s brand-new patio for sips and cigars. Attendees will receive a drink ticket to exchange for their fifth tasting or a beverage of choice from the bar. Cigars complimentary thanks to Oleva.
