ABOUT THE EVENT
Come out for a fun day of golf and camaraderie at DRMA’s Fall Golf Outing! This outing is the primary funding source for the DRMA Foundation and its efforts to develop and retain a skilled workforce for our manufacturer members.

The format is a scramble with two shotgun sessions at 7:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Sessions will be assigned on a first-come basis. Registration opened on 6/9; registration forms were emailed out to all members from events@daytonrma.org. Payment is required with your registration to secure a start time. If you prefer, you may call the office at 937-949-4000 to place your payment with DRMA staff after you’ve emailed/faxed your form. Sessions will be assigned on a first-come basis, and sponsors who pay prior to 6/9 will have first choice. We’ll make every effort to honor your request, but no guarantees are made.

Golf Price

7:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. tee time options

$300 per person – Golf and dinner

*Golf price includes a cart, breakfast/lunch, straightest drive contest, skins game, and a mulligan.
Golf

Each company is limited to 8 golfers.

If you’d like to register guests who are employed by non-member companies, you will be assigned to the morning session.

Only soft spikes are allowed on the course.
-
Please allow enough time to check in, eat breakfast/lunch, practice, and change spikes before the session start time.

Please do your part in keeping the event fun for all by observing golf etiquette – please don’t slow down the play.

Play will be stopped if lightning is detected in the vicinity in accordance with the golf club policy. If golf is cancelled due to weather, the dinner and evening program will still be held.
Breakfast/Lunch/Coolers/Refreshments

Breakfast: Breakfast snacks, coffee, and juice will be available starting at 6:30 a.m.

Lunch: Lunch (included in golf fee) will be available in the clubhouse starting at 11:00. You may eat it in the dining room or take it to go.

Bloody Marys will be available at the Snack Shack and main bar (cash/credit).

Coolers: You may bring your own empty cooler to use on the course; you must purchase the beverages at the bar (carry-in beverages are prohibited).

Beverage carts: Beverage carts will be traveling throughout the course for both sessions, stocked with water, soda, and, of course, beer. There is no fee for the beverages, but we ask for you to make donations to the DRMA Foundation.
Cocktails and Dinner: SOLD OUT!

Cocktails (cash/credit card bar) begin at 5:30 p.m. in the clubhouse.

Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m.

Even if golf is cancelled due to inclement weather, the cocktail hour, dinner and evening program will be held.
Games, Prizes, and Raffles
-
The straightest drive contest, the skins game, and a mulligan are included in the golf fee. Additional games will be conducted on the course, so don’t forget to bring cash (small bills, please).

Golf prizes (team low gross, low net, and skins), winners of games and raffles, and door prizes will be awarded at dinner.

Everyone attending dinner is eligible to win door prizes. Winners for all but two big door prizes will be pre-drawn, and prizes may be picked up throughout the evening. The remaining two big prizes will be awarded at dinner, and all dinner ticket holders are eligible to win, even if you won one of the pre-drawn prizes.

Two raffles will be held – one for a custom-fitted set of irons or $700 worth of pro shop merchandise; and the second raffle will be a 50/50. Raffle tickets will be on sale during cocktails/dinner (5 for $10 or 15 for $20). You must be present to win.
Name Changes/Cancellations

All name changes must be made by September 19.

Cancellations with refunds will be accepted through September 12.
Attire
Proper golf attire is required; jeans are not permitted on the course or in the clubhouse.
Sponsorships
Tee sign sponsorships are available. For $250, a sign with your company’s name will be placed at a tee. Also available are sponsorship packages.
