MEET UP DESCRIPTION
Workforce/Human Resources Meet Up is for anyone responsible for human resources or skilling up your manufacturing workforce. This roundtable discussion group covers topics ranging from recruitment/retention, building the workforce pipeline, training resources, funding sources, HR policies and practices, and others.​​​​​​​

The topic for this meet up is best practices for applying AI responsibly and keeping AI human centered. Join us as we hear from Glen Horton, AI Architect at Sinclair College and Brittany Smith, HR Manager at French Oil Mill Machinery Co. Glenn will also share lessons learned from an AI hiring pilot and how the College's Human Resources Department is exploring new AI integrations. Brittany will give an overview of how they are utilizing AI in their HR tasks.
