MEET UP DESCRIPTION
Workforce/Human Resources Meet Up is for anyone responsible for human resources or skilling up your manufacturing workforce. This roundtable discussion group covers topics ranging from recruitment/retention, building the workforce pipeline, training resources, funding sources, HR policies and practices, and others.​​​​​​​

At the Meet Up, DRMA member Barnes Dennig will join us to analyze the 2026 Wage & Benefit Survey Report and highlight key trends and changes in wages, benefits, time-off and leave policies, retirement and incentive programs, recruitment and retention practices, and more. We’ll look at what the data tells us about how companies are approaching compensation and benefits and where we’re seeing notable shifts from previous years.
