MEET UP DESCRIPTION
Workforce/Human Resources Meet Up is for anyone responsible for human resources or skilling up your manufacturing workforce. This roundtable discussion group covers topics ranging from recruitment/retention, building the workforce pipeline, training resources, funding sources, HR policies and practices, and others.​​​​​​​

At this meet up Dani Heeter, Director of Work-Based Learning at Sinclair, will be discussing Sinclair’s Registered Apprenticeships as a Talent Strategy for Manufacturing. She will break down innovative strategies to recruit, develop, and retain talent in today’s competitive labor market. This session will explore how Registered Apprenticeships can help address workforce shortages, strengthen retention, and build customized talent pipelines while supporting both employer and employee success.
