MEET UP DESCRIPTION
Join us at National Advanced Air Mobility Center of Excellence in Springfield to connect with your manufacturing peers and talk shop. These meet ups are for anyone responsible for any aspect of manufacturing operations. It's a great opportunity to learn from fellow manufacturers and share your experience on a number of manufacturing-focused topics such as ERP systems, scheduling, facility maintenance, streamlining processes, and other areas of interest about managing operations within your company.
Before the typical operations roundtable discussion and facility tour, this Meet Up will feature a short presentation by Brian Bullerman from Treble One, who will provide an analysis of manufacturing skill sets and forecasted DoD (primarily USAF & USSF) supply chain and procurement trends expected to drive future manufacturing growth. Treble One and the Entrepreneurs’ Center will discuss major shifts in DoD budgets and procurement policies and explain how these changes are creating new opportunities for manufacturers. Their team has assembled compelling data on budget growth and targeted manufacturing opportunities relevant to defense-sector manufacturers. They will also brief on FORGE OHIO, a proposed statewide initiative to help Ohio companies compete and grow in the defense marketplace.
This meet up will feature an hour of discussion, followed by a 30-minute optional tour of the facility!
