MEET UP DESCRIPTION
Workforce/Human Resources Meet Up is for anyone responsible for human resources or skilling up your manufacturing workforce. This roundtable discussion group covers topics ranging from recruitment/retention, building the workforce pipeline, training resources, funding sources, HR policies and practices, and others.
​
At this Meet Up, we will do a deep dive into the results of the 2024 Wage and Benefit Survey, with analysis provided by Strategic HR, a division of Clark, Schaefer, Hackett. You will have the opportunity to provide your feedback and suggestions regarding survey questions and results.
To be eligible to attend this Meet Up, attendees must:
