MEET UP DESCRIPTION
Workforce/Human Resources Meet Up is for anyone responsible for human resources or skilling up your manufacturing workforce. This roundtable discussion group covers topics ranging from recruitment/retention, building the workforce pipeline, training resources, funding sources, HR policies and practices, and others.
​
At this Meet Up, we’ll be discussing Attraction and Retention Strategies. Join us as we hear from Denise Cowburn, Senior Client Executive at Tooling U-SME who will share insights you can put to work right away. You’ll also leave with valuable workforce resource from the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Small Business Administration to help support your hiring and retention efforts.
