As the voice of manufacturing in the Dayton Region, DRMA identifies issues which have the greatest impact on Manufacturer member companies. We conducted a two-question survey to better understand the “hot button” issues affecting members across the region. Thanks to all of the participants, we are able to accurately communicate your concerns to the media, elected officials, and other community leaders; and have better direction on the types of programs and services that will help you strengthen your company. Based on the responses, it is clear that the shortage of skilled workers and business continuity and recovery are the primary concerns of members.
