DRMA Shows Off Manufacturing at Inspire 2020

DRMA members stepped up to the plate to represent the manufacturing industry at Junior Achievement’s Inspire event in Dayton. Over 1,000 students from the Dayton Public School system participated in the event to learn about the exciting careers available in the industry.

Huge thank you to our exhibitors for today! Not only did they represent their companies; they put together engaging, interactive activities for the students in order to teach them about the industry and have fun at the same time! Participating members were:

  • CH Packaging

  • Detailed Machining

  • Norwood Medical

  • Oerlikon

  • Resonetics

  • Select Industries

We’d also like to thank the following people for sitting on the panel discussion about careers:

  • Don Clouser, Champion Companies

  • Jon Foley, Rack Global Enterprises

  • Tom Thompsen, French Oil Mill Machinery Co.

We couldn’t have made this event happen without these amazing volunteers! If you’d like to learn more about DRMA’s career awareness volunteer opportunities, contact Kayla.
