MEET UP DESCRIPTION

Workforce/Human Resources Meet Up is for anyone responsible for human resources or skilling up your manufacturing workforce. This roundtable discussion group covers topics ranging from recruitment/retention, building the workforce pipeline, training resources, funding sources, HR policies and practices, and others.​​​​​​​

The topic for this meet up is best practices and tips for hosting an effective Student Tour. Join us as we hear from an industry partner, Rick Kremer with Crown Equipment, on what it takes to plan and host a student tour. Whether it’s your first time hosting or you’ve hosted many tours, you will be sure to takeaway helpful details when it comes to planning your next student tour.
