EVENT DESCRIPTION
DRMA Shoptalk, brought to you by the DRMA Associate Board, allows members to get together for a little “overtime” after work. Learn something new, network with your fellow DRMA members, and then take part in tours of Lincoln Electric Automation’s impressive facility.

Before drinks and networking, enjoy a short presentation featuring key insights from ResourceMFG’s annual “Voice of the American Workforce” report and DRMA’s Wage & Benefit Survey Report. You’ll also hear from HR leaders at Lincoln Electric and Gray America on how to apply current labor market trends to your talent attraction and retention strategies.

*Non-member company (per person): $50
*Non-members can attend one event; after which DRMA membership is required
