David W. Dysinger Jr. named President of Dysinger Incorporated

Dayton, OH (January 4, 2021) – Dysinger, Incorporated. Dysinger Incorporated, a CNC precision machining company that has been providing machined parts and assemblies to aerospace, defense, space and general commercial customers for over 45 years, announced today that David W. Dysinger Jr. will be the new President of Dysinger.


He replaces Dan Griffith, who has been their president since 2007. During that time, one of Dan’s responsibilities was to assist with the leadership and professional development of family members to ensure a successful transition in replacing Dan as President of the company. “David has demonstrated proficiency in leading various areas of the company and has worked very hard to reach this position. He has definitely earned his promotion and is ready to lead the company. I’m very proud and excited for him,” said Dan Griffith.


David has spent his entire career in the precision machining industry. He was a shop floor employee for most of his career and worked his way into a number of roles including night shift supervisor, Manufacturing Manager, HR and Quality. The transition for David becoming president will be seamless, as he has been in various leadership roles in the company over the past 8 years, including being a member of the company’s Advisory Board. He has also been an active member in a Dayton Vistage CEO Advisory Group, as well as National Tooling & Machining Association (NTMA) and Dayton Region Manufacturers Association (DRMA).


David’s direct reports will include:


Daniel W. Griffith: Director of Business Development

Dan Griffith will remain at Dysinger and assume a new role as Director of Business Development. Dan will be responsible for leading sales, marketing and account management. Dan has been at Dysinger since 2006 when he was hired as General Manager. He became President in 2007.


Ian D. Anderson: Director of Operations

Ian Anderson has been promoted to Director of Operations and will be responsible for all engineering, manufacturing infrastructure and production control. With toolmaker and Engineering background, he has worked at Dysinger for over 26 years, serving in several operations roles including shop supervisor, estimating and processing, special projects Engineer and for the last ten years, as Engineering Manager.

Melinda M. Dysinger: Director of Finance

Mindy Dysinger has been promoted to Director of Finance. Mindy will be responsible for leading accounting, payroll, human resources and IT. Mindy has been at Dysinger since 2003, having held various positions, most recently, Controller.

Jeremy G. Dysinger: Director of Quality

Jeremy Dysinger’s title will be changed from Management Rep. for Quality to Director of Quality. Jeremy has over 21 years of experience with Dysinger and will be responsible for all Quality Systems.

David W. Dysinger, Sr, will remain the CEO of Dysinger. He has been the Owner and Founder of company since 1973. He is also the Past Chairman of NTMA and the Past President of DRMA (fka DTMA).
